Hi again,
while inserting the new columns I didn't notice that the color & box format were also keeping up with want I had in the header descriptions,so'

I went back and re changed these by using format to change the box to no box than clicked on the Okay button, than re use format to change the color to white (since there's no description in these cells and clicked Okay.

soo I then saved (after doing All spreadsheets) and thought everything was okay

well I started entering data-guess what the descriptions still had the extra color and box width?

I have since re done everything again (saving as I go) and I haven't close/exit the program-but I will now & see and type what I see next?

I close the spreadsheet and exit the program-re-entered the program & spreadsheet-its okay now.

so the firast time nothing was changed-so I learned to stay in one spreadsheet at a time to make changes and than saved>

Just FYI-

Thank you
