     OpenOffice.org (OOo) is an integrated suite of applications. If 
you did not install Writer, then that is your problem. Writer is used 
by base to create the forms. If you are going to be doing any 
calculations, you will probably need Calc as well. You need to 
install at least both of these applications.
     Honestly, you might find you have the least amount of problems by 
uninstalling OOo using the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs. Then 
install all of OOo. While you may never use Impress (the slide show 
application), it will take up less than 5 MB and probably less than 2 
MB of disk space. You do need the other applications.
