I am not totally clear as to what you are saying here. If you mean that the
data from one field is appearing in the next field then I cannot understand
how this happens.
However the field widths can be edited by right clicking on the report name
and dragging the column separators to the left. You will find that the
fields contain Latin garbage to enable you to set them correctly. A couple
of tips here, in Windows you will find it easier if you expand the screen
size to the maximum and I have also found it better to always use the
landscape view when setting up the report.
