As stated by other contributors to this list, selling OOo
(OpenOffice.org) is perfectly legal under the terms of the licence and
is not discouraged since it is of benefit to those people who cannot or
chose not to download the software.

While neither of the sellers sighted by Mike appear to be offering OOo
at an excessive price, one of them does appear to be indulging in
deceptive advertising, by displaying an image of the very distinctive
Microsoft Office 2007 package doctored with the name "Open Office
Ultimate 2007". Unfortunately, it is morally bankrupt individuals such
as this that give OOo and it's genuine distributors a bad name.
