Will OpenOffice (Mac version) open Apple Works documents? I'm trying to talk my mom into buying a new computer. Her current iMac is about 7 years old and she's having problems opening pictures and whatnot we (her kids) send her. We looked at the new iMac, but it doesn't come bundled with any software she needs/wants. If OpenOffice will work with her existing documents, I think I can convince her to buy a new computer.
