but the thing is they've put a structure on the tools-macro-record/run macro section where you can see your current document and the macros folders that it contains. after saving such macros on these folders you can see it that it's right there itemized with names ... and when you assign a keyboard shortcut it runs. but...after closing and saving the document. if you try to run the macros again with the assigned shortcuts it won't run. and if you try to see the macros on the tool-macro-run macros menu--- my document's name is there but where are my macros? they' re gone it's like i never saved at all... what's the use of saving macros again and again if you can't see them iafter you close your document??? how would you explain that??? why can't they make it easier in such a way that you see the macros in the same way that you recorded and saved it??? it's that simple!!! i think any user can follow those simple steps. in the first place they made that structure for us users to follow it... why don't they make it function like that..
