[users] Calc - changing from text format to number, ' is added

Hello everybody.

I am trying to change cell format from text to number (Standard) and
Calc adds leading ' to the cell contents.
How do make Calc not do this?
For example please see file http://www.mytempdir.com/1273493
On first sheet r-click, cell I11, Format Cells, Numbers tab, change from
Text to Number (Standrd), OK -> Calc adds leading apostrophe. 
Is there a way to avoid adding ' so that cell can be used in
calculations?
