There are a couple of documents on compatibility issues at OOoAuthors.
Is there any lost data or formatting during conversion?
AFAIK,there is no loss of data when saving or reading non-ODF documents. Formatting can be lost when reading,or saving non-ODF documents. All macros are lost when saving or opening non-ODF documents. As a general rule of thumb, documents created or saved in Microsoft file formats, using OOo are more compatible with MSO than documents created or saved using MSO. As a general rule of thumb, the more complex the formatting, the higher the risk of incompatiblity. xan jonathon --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
