Hi Sarah, I would suggest downloading and installing the entire OpenOffice.org program. You should be able to print mail stickers through the program, which is why you will need the other modules such as Writer. If you want to use MS Word to print mail stickers, this can be done but you will need to make sure you use a database format which MS Word can access. For example, with a bit of knowledge you can set up an MS Access database (without having MS Access) and maintain the data using OpenOffice.org. I hope this helps.
