     Perhaps the problem could have been handled in a different way. 
If you downloaded the Window's version, it is an .exe file. Zone 
Alarm does not like to allow downloads of .exe files. If you 
temporarily disable this feature just before downloading OOo and 
reinabling it immediately afterwards, it should download properly 
regardless of the mirror site being used. Check your Zone Alarm 
documentation for further information.
