This error is usually cause by your firewall or Antivirus (AV) software
thinking the file is a virus. To overcome the problem
- disconnect your computer from the internet
- shut down your firewall and AV
- install OpenOffice (say "register later" when/if asked to register)
- restart AV and firewall
- reconnect to the internet
Do not (re-)connect to the internet while your AV and firewall are not
both running properly.
