OpenOffice-2.2 Writer I select a section of text to format-copy and then (right) click on the Format Paintbrush (whether once for a single copy or twice for multiple copies). I then start dragging the "bucket" from the just clicked icon to the point on the page where I need to copy the format. As soon as the "bucket" hits the top of the page in its downward motion, the page starts scrolling (gets unstuck, floats) wildly, INSTEAD OF staying put (waiting "locked") where I originally clicked it.
