Before complaining, perhaps you should thoroughly read the
license that comes with the program. It states specifically that the
program can be sold if a person so desires. Besides, at the price
listed, the person is doing others a favor who do not have access to
broadband. They can buy the product on CD and install it. 4.99
British pounds is a reasonable price for burning a CD as well as
mailing it to the buyer.
