Hi,
If you continue to have problems with the download there is always
the option of ordering a CD for a nominal fee (there is a list of
distributors on the download page).
If you have a dial-up connection but would still like to download the
software you could look into the Peer2Peer options, via BitTorrent.
You could also have a friend with a broadband connection download the
software and put it on a CD for you.
The security message you receive could be a problem with your
security software. When you have downloaded the software (select Save
to disk rather than Run or Open from current location) disconnect
from the internet. Disable your anti virus, install the software,
then reinstate your antivirus.
Hope this helps

saying that this program cannot be recognised do I still want to
run it, and even though I said yes, the downloading failed.
What can I do to fully download this software completely and at a
faster speed.
Plse reply promptly.
Thank you.
