     I am inclined to agree with Per. If you have the licenses 
required for staff members to have a copy on their home computer, 
make sure they all have it on their computer.
     The difference between Star Office and OpenOffice.org is the 
additional proprietary input filters and some other proprietary files 
and the things mentioned by Per.
