There are ways to edit a PDF but there is flag in the file that
specifies it as editable or not.
I guess OOo saves a PDF uneditable.
I didn't see any options for PDF export. :-(
On OO.o 2.2 go to 'File/Export as PDF' - name file and click 'Export' -
dialogue box 'PDF Options' opens. Go to 'Security' to set restrictions.
