No, it always opens a new window, because it doesn't know whether you want 1 
or 2 documents open.  Otherwise it would have to read everyone's mind, or 
prompt them every time to make sure they're doing what they want to do.  I 
like it just the way it is.  I can leave the default open and just go about 
my business until it gets in the way.
