Quite a number of keyboard bindings are unavailable - nanny OOo preventing
us for reasons not even known to nanny. ALT cannot be used, in Linux at
least, even when combined with CTRL and/or SHIFT. TAB is missing (together
with SHIFT and/or CTRL and/or ALT plus TAB). In Calc CTRL+SHIFT+0:9 are
disabled. As far as I can see, it's just stupid, stupid, stupid.
