I am still trying to figure out why the 2.2 install is giving dependency
failure errors on packages not related to OO.
I ave the package installed that OO claims the unrelated package needs;
this is an error, but an error that should not occur even if the package
was not installed, because OO does not need the unrelated packages.
why is OO even looking for dependencies on unrelated packages?
I have fc6, oo2.1 java version "1.6.0_01"
TIA
