     http://www.openoffice.org/license.html contains the license for
OpenOffice.org in English. Check the Portuguese site for a possible
translation: http://pt.openoffice.org.
What you will find in the license is that you can install
OpenOffice.org on as many comuters as you desire. You do not have to
pay anyone for the right to do this. You can also use this program
for personal as well as commercial (business) use.
