Hi Michele,

Thank you very much! I was already using the "Show" option to see the
revisions, but I was not aware of the possibility of using the Navigator
to browse the "comments". Indeed the comments are there! However, there
are some problems:

1) Double-clicking in a note takes me to that note... sometimes.

2) The order of the notes doesn't follow page order (or any other order
I have been able to identify ;-)

3) I can't see the names of the reviewers, which is not that important
in my case but may be in others'.

I see from your message that this is under development, so I guess this
is the best I can get now.
