Yes. In cell A1 enter 1.
In cell A3 enter =A1+1
Click on cell A2.
Holding down the shift key,
press the down arrow 2 times.
This will paint cells A2, A3.
Copy (CTRL C).
Click on cell A4.
Hold down the shift key.
Press CTRL and Down Arrow
Paste (CTRL V).
There you have it.
