Wow, with a sales pitch like that, no wonder the masses are ditching Office and moving to OOo! Oh wait, they aren't. Robin, you seem to think this is about technical merits. It's not. Its about marketing and perception. And right now MS has a very compelling story to sell: We're your one stop shop for an integrated solution. True or not, that's there story and a lot of people are buying into it with some very serious money. Better options may exist, but do they have as compelling a story?
