Two replies that you may not have seen. (I am CC'ing you in case

Quick and dirty:
copy the columns with the formula results and do a paste special into
two new columns specifying that you only want to paste numbers *not*
formulas.
I am not aware of an elegant solution (but after all I am not an
elegant person :-) )

before you deleting coloumn "BANK DATA" copy coloumn "DEBITS" and
"CREDITS" then do paste special.
