Hello,
I am also using FC6 and I have to let you know that the Fedora code
maintainers modify the code to meet some legal requirements. This is
being discussed on the Fedora list.
I have just updated to the OOo version from the OpenOffice.org web site.
It works faster, much faster than 2.04. Try this first.
I had both the FC6 version and the OOo 2.2 version running at the same time.
The problem you are having could have been fixed in a newer version.
