Umm... it's *not* included in MS Home & Student, Small Business, Office
Professional or Ultimate:

By itself, Outlook is $109, prices are here:

Evolution *is* bundled with my linux OS distro.
Cost $0

You might want to compare based on standalone prices:

Microsoft Office Access 2007 $229
OpenOffice Base $0

Microsoft Office Excel 2007 $229
OpenOffice Calc $0

Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 $109.95
Evolution & other OSS $0

Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 $229
OpenOffice Impress $0

Microsoft Office Word 2007 $229
OpenOffice Write $0

If by suite:

Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 $149 (Word, PP, Excel)
OpenOffice $0 (Write, Impress, Calc, Draw, Base)

If you want MS Office w/Access:[1]
Microsoft Office Professional 2007 $499

[1] I find Access considerably more sophisticated than Base, then again
Base hasn't had millions of dollars & thousands of programers dedicated
to it's development. However I prefer other OSS relational databases anyway.
