[users] photogras in bitmap format

I have created a presentation that has some pictures.  Those pictures 
are in JEPG format.  When I inserted them in presentation, they changed 
into BITMAP formate.  The BITMAP files are large and difficult to e-mail.

Please help so that photographs stay in their original format (JEPG).
