This is a question you need Microsoft. There may be a way to get
those folders back, but only they would know that.
However, it has been my experience with email folder that once
deleted there is no way to get the information back. But that is my
personal experience with Win 95 and Win 98 SE.

Look in the "Deleted Items" folder. If your folder is there you can recover
it by dragging it to where you want it. If it's not there then I think you
are out of luck.
