Does anyone know how to synchronize changes to the bib DB with my
paper? Sure, I can re-add each of the 20+ sources, but there has to be
an easier way.

I don't believe you can. Bib entries need to be in the DB then used in
the paper... entries in the paper cannot be automatically extracted to
the DB (AFAIK) ...

Also, the fields in the DB are surprisingly too narrow for many of my
citations. How do I widen them?

You can click, hold and drag the sides of each column to make it
larger. Alternatively you can create a form in which to display your
entires one at a time. The fields on the form can be of a size that
will enable all the contents to be viewed.

Huh ?? Defender doesn't stop spyware (Webroot) ; firewall is only 50%
effective (Zdnet) ; UAC can be turned off and is annoying ; SP1 (incl
security reasons) due end of 2007...
