I see he's selling a lot of open source software. It's not illegal to
sell OpenOffice and if he's providing a CD at that price, he's providing
a valuable service for those who cannot download OpenOffice. Some
charge much more, though it's still legal. What burns me are those who
"sell" the URL for OpenOffice or other software. They are simply
scamming others, charging for something that's free.
Read the license, anyone can sell it.
It is not very ethical but it is legal.
