Hi Gordon,
It may help if you turn on the display of non-printing characters. I
can see that spaces have been used for padding, but there are different
numbers of spaces in the first four tickets.
You might be better starting more or less from scratch using mail merge.
I've done this job before using a field for the ticket number. That way,
you need only format one ticket and work on the row and column spacing.
You can output as many or few as you like, once you've proofed the first
sheet.
