No, the download time is determined by your dial up connection.
However, you can buy an OpenOffice CD. The OpenOffice web site lists
some vendors. You may also arrange for someone with high speed access
to download OpenOffice for you and then copy it to your computer.
I did this some time ago. ten hours without network interruption is not
easy. If you install a good download manager you might be able to do it
over-night.
