We have a new Mac OS X v10.4.7 It is our first Mac.
We are also new users to the Mac - Tiger Open Office 2.1.0 program.
Unfortunately, we have tried many ways but have had no success when we
print Help Sheets, documents or spread sheets in having them print in
black. The print can be described as gray, pale, faint, what ever.
They will just not print in black.
For example, the following "HELP" documents entitled the Fonts, Printing
in Black and White, Printing faster with Reduced Data, Print Options,
Setting up Printer, Fax and Fonts Under UNIX Based Platforms, etc. all
print as described above, namely, gray, pale, or faint.
Can you help us with instructions on to print in black? Thank you very
much for your help.
