Again, WinZip is not needed (or 7-zip or IZArc, which are free, but still not needed in this case) for installing, nor opening OpenOffice.org. You must have downloaded the wrong file or something. What's the exact name of the file and exactly where did you download it from? The file I mentioned, OOo_2.2.0_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe, not the only file that works I suppose, probably is a zip file, but it is an self extracting zip file. This means that it extracts itself when you double click it, so the unzip function is built into the file itself. So all that is needed is in the file, really. Johnny Andersson
