I know this is an incredibly dumb question, but . I've just downloaded and unpacked OpenOffice 2.2. I'm probably looking right past it, but I can't find the file to get it started. Where is the <EXE> or equivalent file that I can shortcut to my desktop and start Open Office?
Although you haven't explicitly mentioned it I assume that after unpacking the file it successfully installed. If so, and I see that your on windows, you simple have to look under start > all programs > ... Alternatively you can find the binaries under <installation directory>\program .
