I can, of course, tell the printer not to print page 1 (the Sheet 1 copy
of
the range), but there must be a way of telling Calc that I only want to
print from sheet 2.
There is an option under Tools / Options / OpenOffice.org Calc / Print
called "Print only selected sheets". That should do what you want.
