I can't answer to your original request, but I believe it's useful to
add just a general interest suggestion:
whatever editor you end up using, please remember that there are more
and more servers and private users which filter out as spam *all*
messages with the rich formatting you want (HTML), *exactly* to avoid
virii, privacy violations and other unpleasant things.
Formatted email is also more expensive to _download_ on a metered
connection (that is, it is impolite to send it), and probably harder
to render on PDAs and cell phones.
Therefore, don't send HTML email unless you are sure in advance that
all its recipient _do_ want to receive it and _do_ prefer it to plain
text.
