[users] Launch Slowdown

Using WinXP Pro and OOo2.2.0 I updated java to 1.6.0_01 and it caused 
the launch of OpenOffice to slow way down.  I restored java 1.5.0_11 and 
OpenOffice launch returned to the customary 1 second launch.

I thought you would want to know, and maybe comment.
