You appear to be running OOo (OpenOffice.org) on some flavour of
Windows. I which case you will most likely find that the OOo
Quickstarter is running in your taskbar tray. In much the same way as
other office programs (eg. MS Office) have a background utility to speed
up program loading, so does OOo. This would account for the small amount
of memory usage you are seeing. By today's standards the memory usage
you are seeing is a very small overhead.
