Getting a fully functional multimedia able Linux PC is not to difficult in those Distros I listed. Fedora is the one Distro that all of that is very difficult without the thrid party apps. Fedora will not put a distro out with any proprietary or patent protected software on it. So the user has to find the repositories with the apps that Fedora did not ship or removed the software code in question. One of those apps being OOo. It took me a while to discover that some functionality had been removed from the Fedora version of OOo. I now run the official OOo version instead of the fedora version. -- If the word following begins with a vowel, the word you want is... to read the rest of this, go here http://www.wsu.edu/~brians/errors/a.html --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
