What I have done is to create a table and then copy it below itself.
Then I used F11 to open the Styles and Formatting window. In the
Paragraph styles list, I right clicked the Table style selecting
Modify. Under the Position tab I changed the rotation to 90 degrees
and clicked OK. Then I highlighted all the cells of the second table.
Finally I double clicked the Table style.
That fact that you are using Hebrew and CTL might have something
to do with it. Since I have neither of these, I can not test it.

In your document I'm seeing inconsistencies with my own document. In
my document I can type in Hebrew vertically, yet not numbers. In the
document you sent me, opened in the same OOo, I can type numbers, yet
not Hebrew.

Could you maybe help me? I need a document with a table of 8 identical
columns (one row). In those columns would be three lines of text,
vertically (90 degrees):
abcd
1234
5678

I should be able to modify that to fit my needs. Thanks in advance.
