Hi,

I made a few posts in the Autocorrect replace list, but some of them only
seems to work with Calc, not Writer.
Examples:
1/3 is supposed to be replaced with the 1/3 character (U+2153), != with the
not equal to character (U+2260), ~= with the approximately equal to
character (U+2248). Neither of those works with Writer, but all of them
work
with Calc!
He he he... now that I write this, I figured it out myself. In the
AutoCorrect dialogue, I can select a language and that language has to be
the same as the Character language setting. My default style for Calc is
set
to Swedish, the Writer document I am working with is set to English (UK)
but
still using the Swedish Autocorrect list...
So that leaves me with another question, related to my original
question:
Is there an easy way to copy selected posts from the AutoCorrect list
for Language1 directly to the AutoCorrect list for Language2?
- select the entry
(it will appear in the two boxes above)
- switch to other language or 'All'
- click 'New'
I looked at the
files in the "autocorr" folder, but they didn't seem to be text files,
unfortunately. Can they be opened and edited directly with OpenOffice.org?
If so, which format should I select when opening the file?
I don't know ... ;-)
