I'm on Windows XP. I'd like to install oO on an external disk to have it with me everywhere. That's because on this disk are all my documents, and not all computers have oO installed. But I saw that when installing oO on my computer, a lot of things appear in c:/Documents and Settings/user/ ... and maybe also in the registry. How does oO work without all this ? Is there a way to install it on a nomade mode ? Thanks in advance !
I would recommend in this case having a look at the portable applications version of OOo. It can be installed onto an external drive as well as a USB flash drive.
