One place to get JRE is www.java.com. Download and install it.
Once you have installed it, close the Quickstarter in the System
tray. (It is an icon with three flying birds on a blue and gray
background.) Open OpenOffice.org if it is not already open.
Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org > Java. Give the program time to find
your JRE installation. Once it is found, click OK. Then close OOo.
When you reopen OOo, it will know where to find the JRE.
