in the past, when I have used microsoft word and excel I have given my files 
names in either English or Hebrew. Now that I have changed over to openoffice 
all my files/documents with English names open, but the ones with hebrew names 
cannot be opened. renaming each file and document to an English name is the 
simple solution, but I want to know if it is possible to have access to files 
named in foreign languages
