The add-on you are looking for is called "Lightning", which provides
Calendars (Diaries) with appointments and events, To-Do lists. If by
"memos" you mean notes, the answer is "not yet". My understanding is,
that it does have some limited group collaboration facility, but I have
never used this function, so I could be wrong about this.

Thunderbird is highly extensible and there are hundreds of
extensions/plug-ins to meet most requirements.
