If by "memos" you mean notes, the answer is "not yet". My understanding is, that it does have some limited group collaboration facility, but I have never used this function, so I could be wrong about this. Take a look at: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/2313 Thunderbird is highly extensible and there are hundreds of extensions/plug-ins to meet most requirements.
