I am not 100% sure of what you mean by "tabbed paragraphs", but does
"Format -> Alignment -> Justified" not give you what you need. If not, I
think you could create a "style" for the formatting you want.

If this does not resolve the issue, please post back to
[email protected] with details of "tabbed paragraphs" and maybe a url
link to an example document. Email attachments are normally removed from
messages posted to this list.
