Mr. Frangella, I don't mean to be an alarmist, but I would keep a very close eye on that account for any new "unknown" charges. If you have already been charged 3 times, you may be dealing with an unscrupulous dealer, or even worse, an outright scam. I say this because OpenOffice is an absolutely free program; absolutely free if downloaded from their site. There is also a link on the site to various dealers that will sell you a CD with the program on it, most of which only charge for the cost of the CD and shipping, plus a little bit for their effort.
