hi - i am currently using version 2.2 of open office running on the macintosh 10.4.9 operating system. i use an hp deskjet printer. all of my applications print perfectly, with the exception of open office, which jams every time i try to print. as far as i can tell, all the paper settings are correct and i am out of ideas as to what the problem might be. please help me with this, as i am extremely frustrated after hours of troubleshooting....thanks.
