Come to that, I can't even find any reference to it in
Tools->Customize-/Toolbars\.
That is, there is no toolbar listed there with no icons in it,
or even a toolbar with all its icons disabled.
Can anyone think of a way to find this toolbar, and get rid of it?
I'm running OO.o 2.0 on WinXP+SP2.

You might try this:
View>Toolbars>customize
and in the window that shows up, select the toolbar you are trying to
delete (if you know which one it is. You may have to examine the list
and figure out which one it _isn't_.
From there, clicking the toolbar button on the right side of the window
gives you the option to delete it.
